This performed some process to reset the network and forced a reboot of the computer. After the start-up, there is a question asking if you want other computers to see your system I answered yes and then I could see this computer from my other system.

I use a simple workaround - just choose a folder on 'the other' computer and, next time you make contact with it, add it to Quick Access on the computer where you are working. When next you have an 'invisibility' problem, just click on that item in Quick Access and connection is established.
You don't need to use the 'Network' part of File Explorer at all. If you make the right choice of folder, it's also quicker.
